Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Emissions Chamber
Passive Intermodulation (PIM) occurs when two or more signals are present in a passive device (cable, connector, isolator, switch, etc.) that exhibits a nonlinear response.
PIM chambers vary in size and design depending on the size of the DUT; a typical PIM requirement is -110dBc or more. Cuming Lehman Chambers has successfully provided PIM Chambers with measured levels in excess of 150dBc.
